The insulator plants are located in the State of Uttar pradesh one of the fastest growing industrial belt in India. The factories are set-up with manufacturing facility spread over 12000 sq.ft. area with indigenous state of the art pollution free & eco-friendly technology & test facilities.
All the facilities such as transportation, raw material supply, electricity, water supply & skilled work force are easily available.
The present manufacturing facility caters to the range of products for power generation, distribution and transmission industry viz. H V & L V Porcelain Insulators for transformer industry, capacitor bushings used in the power capacitors, Shells for Lightning(Surge) Arresters, Transmission Line Insulators, Insulators for Switchgear Industry, Solid Core Insulators, and other porcelain insulators as per international standard or as per customer requirements.
One of the largest manufacturing unit is promoted in the year 1966 with a view to explore the expanding market requirements. The Company is committed to meet the desired high quality standard & workmanship, timely delivery expected by the export market. The company fully concentrated on the manufacturing and export of metal parts and accessories for electrical transformer industry such as H V & L V Bushing, Post insulators, pin insulators, Distribution power Bushing, CT, PT, MOCB, Spouts,TPMO(Air Break Switch), Fues Set, Drop out Fues Set, Isolators- Bus and line, G.O.-switch, HT and LT Metering Cubicals, Hardware fittings etc.
All factories are centrally located in the Industrial zone at Khurja (world largest porcelain industry area). The Factories are well equipped with manufacturing and storage facilities in the vicinity of international airport & seaport which is an advantage for efficient movement of raw material and also for exports of finished products.
